The Castle Creations Pinions are crafted from hardened steel, ensuring durability. They feature an Allen head set screw of the largest size possible for convenient usage.

These MOD 1 pinions are widely employed in 1:8 scale buggy and truggy conversions, making them compatible with various models.

They are available in a range of tooth counts: 11T, 13T, 15T, 17T, 19T, 21T, and 23T.

Our pinions possess a 5mm bore and come with a 4mm set screw. To fasten the pinion securely to the motor shaft, a 1.5mm hex wrench is required.

For added assurance, it is recommended to apply a small drop of blue Loctite (thread adhesive) to secure the set screw in place.
